  Bought on 29/01 It’s negative because instead of just being honest and saying you had ran out and I’d need to wait longer (which I would have been happy with) you just ignored my messages! When you finally replied on the 10/02 you said it was back in stock and sending that day - still didn’t arrive until 15/02 It’s a shame because it was perfectly packed! My advice for you is just be honest with your customers because delays happen which can’t be helped - ignoring people however, that can!
