  Won an item on auction, paid as soon as I won, seller marked shipped and three days later tracking still never updated other than label printed, seller insisted on the item being dropped off despite FedEx insuring that it wasn’t. I then asked when the item was going to really be shipped and I was refunded. Super annoying and inconvenient as the item was a birthday present that I now have to find by Monday (2 days) super unprofessional, buyers beware!!
