No snacks.
2 of 2 found this helpful Have taken for few years. Do not use as a diet supplement but helps control hunger cravings throughout the day. Does not feel speedy or let you sleep. Take one in morning and still eat normal lunch and dinners without snacking.

Says it all.
Have used since 1963 on 63 split window and still today on new Camero. Quick to spread, easy to come off "if let dry". Great finish. Car shows especially. Need to repeat after washing if use soap more than few times. Water runs right off. Can put on whole car, than just go around with towel, All done.
