Completely broken laptop and charger.
The laptop arrived refurbished for £135. It looked good as new, although I noticed immediately the charger looked a bit flimsy. I tried it and it didn't work at all - I had to purchase a new charger for £24. The laptop worked well for a week or two, then broke out of nowhere. The 'power on' button is peremenantly lit up, including when i try a hard restart; totally unresponsive otherwise. I'm praying I can recover my dissertation, the latest version of which is on this laptop, and then I guess buy a new one. This is the last time I ever purchase from this company. They have been completely useless.
