  There was a temporary problem with the item I bought. Great communication - the seller was very helpful with a number of suggestions, and very pleasant about accepting a return and refund. Once returned, the seller diagnosed and resolved the problem which was just an issue with a dirty back of lens, that was only obvious to me in flight simulator. He sent me photos of the before and after, so it was good to see he was being above board about everything the whole time. I would buy from him again
