Arrived well packaged, and only one day after I bought it. The price was an absoloute steal when you add eBays offers that they give time to time. Only criticism I can give is please be more responsive, I understand you probably get swamped in messages, but don't blank enquires.

Obviously it needed an OS but that was also mentioned in the listing. Not a problem. Gave me a change to upgrade the SSD and RAM to 1TB and 32GB and get it nicely set up. It was as described and i couldn't be happier. It was packaged very well and very securely in a bubble wrap surrounding the entire laptop and in a well made box. The postage was very fast and came within the next working day via DPD. A++++++++
