Top induction kit
I’ve tried all manner of egg poacher from silicone pockets to side-hanger, in fact I’ve a drawer half full of them but all pale into insignificance in the face of this one. I cook on induction and because this is carbon steel it boils in under a minute (most pans now say they are “induction friendly” but some can take a long time to boil as they are not all steel). Because of the lid keeps the heat in eggs cook perfectly in 4 minutes (depending on the eggs size) so you have breakfast in 5 minutes with very little faffing. The non stick egg holders really are nonstick, remember to orientate them in to avoid burning fingers the eggs fall out with no prising, a little tap of butter and pepper in the bottom first helps and then the whole lot goes in the dishwasher. Wish I’d discovered this years ago…

Nothing good to say.
So disappointed, there is nothing good to say about this product. It’s made from, I don’t know what but it bends at every nettle, the handle is also not attached so twists on the shaft as you use it and it comes with no edge whatsoever, so you’ll be an hour sharpening and honing before it’s even usable.
