  Item arrived with lid of box split/torn. The foam packing under the lid was missing and the protective foam bag for the amp was also missing. I suggested to the seller that the item was a return as that would explain the missing packaging material. He suggested that it had been opened and tested and that his despatch department was to blame for not packing it correctly. I find this explanation difficult to believe. The unit appears to operate correctly, so I didn't pay return postage.
