Good quality placemats with all the vintage charm I was looking for!

These placemats helped to set a perfectly vintage table for our traditional Christmas lunch. The muted colours of the classic seasonal design are complemented by rich, dark brown edges. We're delighted with them as they are much thicker (and a little heavier) than the place mats we have bought in the past. They are of very good quality (except for a minor flaw where on closer inspection we noticed that the pattern was missing on one of them) and arrived in a sturdy box that I can reuse to pack them away safely until next year. Very happy :)

Functional Besom broom for worm casts

Bought this to break up dried worm casts on the lawn before mowing, otherwise I'd leave unsightly muddy streaks all over the grass with the mower's tyres. All of the other listings seemed to be Halloween props rather than an actual functional Besom broom. So I was pleased to find that this was sturdy, strong and a good height for me at 5' 5". Although it's hard work to 'sweep' the worm's poopy clumps it does do the trick. Might be better for smaller lawns though, unless you're the Hulk!
