Easy purchase, quick delivery. My only issue was the hat wasn't in its original box which would have provided extra protection on the item as its a safety item.

Thank you for your feedback. Sadly the original boxes are really flimsy and very thin, so don't stand up to shipping, which is why we put them inside the stronger boxes. We have recently purchased slightly bigger boxes to incorporate the 'original' boxes inside though. Your feedback is much appreciated and has been acted on.
