Poor video quality
4 of 4 found this helpful The positive: This camera is very easy to use. Sliding one switch turns it on and starts the video recording. It also has a very wide angle lens. The negative: The video quality is poor, especially for being 1080p. When loaded into my video editing software, video clips do show a format of 1080p and 30 frames per second. Unfortunately, the image stays the same between many of the frames, and sometimes it's the same image for 3 or 4 frame in a row. This makes the effective video frame rate a very jerky 10 to 15 fps. There is also a lot of waviness and ghosting when taking videos of objects in motion. It appears the video chip and the processor which writes the frames to the memory card aren't in sync. This video camera also requires a lot of light, so videos taken indoors are very dim, though I expected that. Color saturation, brightness and contrast aren't very good either, but I could live with that much more easily than with the jerky, wavy video images. Overall I cannot recommend this video camera.

Very nice scope, especially for the price
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a very nice scope, especially considering its price. This Tasco scope is just on an airgun (Benjamin Marauder), but it has held its zero very well, has clear optics, has very little chromatic aberration and acceptable field curvature. I have Tasco scopes on some of my centerfire rifles, and they've all held up very well, too. My oldest Tasco scope was purchased in 1981 and sits on my Remington 700 BDL varmint rifle in .222 Remington. It still still shoots half-inch groups at 100 yards.
