Long reach pooper scooper

Not to be recommended - pay more for better quality/reliability.
Basically this mixer struggles to rotate evenly when loaded and the pitch of the motor clearly changes, as it slows down (like a flat spot in a car) & then recovers again.
When you actually go to tip the load into the barrow, the machine sometimes cuts out, or at least slows right down as if it is cutting out. Bear in mind I have only used this machine twice so far, therefore it is brand new basically and should be working at it's optimum in terms of performance.
Looking forward I am deeply concerned about reliability and just how long it will actually be fit for purpose?
I am NOT overloading the machine, as each load is only 75% of what is supposed to be it's maximum.
I have been using cement mixers for over 35 years now and do not like this one at all.

' Basic range with good features'
Has all the features that I require in a basic range 'smartphone.' Does the job that I want without the huge price tag attached!
