Rowing my weight away
3 of 3 found this helpful Aside from this being an excellent workout, I've always enjoyed rowing. That said, being slightly out of shape, it was a grueling ride due to my personal choices to delight in crap food and not work out consistently. That said, this machine is well made, and easy to fold up for extra room should you store it in a small space. Additionally, it's easy to assemble, and you control the intensity of your workout. Nice smooth motion, and an amazing way to transform yourself into your best you without inflicting wear and tear on joints. Also good for strengthening the back, arms, etc.
