Poor
I have been wearing earplugs for many years I mainly wear the soft foam type. After reading good reviews on these Pinlock ones I decided to try a pair, the initial impression was very good 2 sizes to choose from. I settled on the smaller of the two as these provided the best fit, although I have subsequently tried both sizes. I set off for my first ride in them, but within half a mile I stopped to check they were still in place. They provide very little noise reduction at all, as I mentioned I tried both sizes with no improvement. I find they give a very small noise reduction, and the wind noise on the motorway is horrendous. I have gone back to wearing my foam ones and I'm now looking at a pair of custom fitted ones. Overall I found these to be a complete waste of money and I won't recommend them to anyone.
