  The seller didn’t send the product on time as this was advertised originally .I was so disappointed because I was waiting to take it away on a trip, because of it I couldn’t purchase another one on time for the trip.

  For reference the buyer ordered on a thursday evening and so collectjon for the parcel via DPD can happen only on Friday. DPD doesnt work on the weekends. I Went above and beyond for the buyer from providing tracking details and proof of drop off, talking to drop off point employees, DPD driver, DPD and eBay customer service. I understood that the buyer didn't receive the item however to blame me for their own inconvenience to order on such short notice is absurd. I can't play the hands of god
