Item received did not match pic on listing. As per the pic, I believe I had ordered Kitzyme condition tablets. Instead item received was labelled as Vetzyme? There was No detail on the listing, or communication from seller that this substitution would be happening so very surprised upon opening parcel. Also no tracking info was provided therefore item just arrived without any notice this evening. Fingers crossed & hoping that my cats will take to these conditioning tablets after all...
