  I had to go into hospital for emergency surgery - that is why you didn't receive it. Yes, it was confirmed as sent - I had it wrapped - and the postage was paid for - but instead of it being collected I went into emergency surgery so you didn't get it. My emergency surgery was the reason for "poor and disappointing lack of communication".
