  3* because whilst the product itself was great and in good condition etc. but the seller didn't realise some fundamental parts were missing. However, once I let him know he was super responsive, apologised, checked if he could sort it - which in this case wasn't possible and so issued a return immediately. So whilst it was a shame I couldn't keep the item, customer service was responsive and excellent.
