  Slight issue but we can all make mistakes, its how we address the issue that's important & sellers communication throughout this problem is what was important & her communication was brilliant hence it don't warrant me marking down her positive feedback to neutral/negative. As for the bunny she have done a brilliant job, I love it & so will my Granddaughter when she visits over the weekend.
