  Ordered the wrong item. This can happen when people buy from online buying services like Ebay. Tried to return the item but for some reason the Royal Mail scheduled pick up did'nt go through. However, being disabled and thinking that maybe I could cancel the return and process it again I attempted the return again...no luck. I contact the seller three times chasing for a response, eventually getting a negative one.
