  Received item in a timely manner, however, the bear in this bundle had its head nearly falling off when I pulled it out of the package. Highly unlikely the seller was not aware of this before listing. To not disclose this information is dishonest. They issued a partial refund, but I do not think that is fair, considering I was duped into purchasing something so damaged in the first place. Not good business practice.

  We have been selling on EBay for 17 years and never had a complaint. We would not have shipped a damaged item our reputation is too important too us. The customer was satisfied with the rest of the items in the order and stated so. We refunded the cost of the bear but not the other items. It seems the customer felt we should have given her the other items for free. She can return them all, in new original condition & receive a full refund.

  Blown away by the packaging !!!!! Never have I received museum quality packaging like this. Perfect because I am starting an educational doll 501(c)3. Will buy again because of product but also I don’t have to repackage for storage and organization!
