Gaba Acid for sleep

I have this because I have fibromyalgia and find this helps me get a better quality of sleep providing I do not break rules like using a computer too late in the evening. I take it in combination with theanine, 5htp and marshmallow root tea last thing at night.

Gamma amino butyric acid

I seem to get on well with Swanson products and trust them. I take these to help me sleep, particularly to stay asleep. I think they are of some benefit. Sometimes I cannot sleep no matter what as I have fibromyalgia but generally speaking, these help me to stay asleep.
