What a company amazing service I’m truly impressed. It blows my mind how efficient this company is. My order was not a big one but it did not matter it was treated like a 100k order this is what feels special. No matter if it’s £10 or £1000 pound order the care is there no matter the price. Mis leading waited 11 days for delivery to be told they were on there way then when asked where the seats were to be told actually they hadn’t been sent out for delivery but still with the couriers, I then asked for the contact details for the couriers to be told NO we don’t give out that information and they proceed to cancel my order ????? Simple request denied and very bad communication and customer service beware and make sure you clarify with them the true time scale for delivery !!

You were informed there was a delay in shipping your items, it has been 7 "working days" since your order, it was sent on the 14th March 24 on a 3-5 "working day" delivery. On day 4 of the delivery timeframe you opened a returns request with eBay and sent messages demanding we put you in touch directly with our courier (we do not do this as a matter of policy). You seemed unhappy with all the information, explanation and updates we had provided so far and so we decided to cancelled the order.
