Read description very carefully
3 of 4 found this helpful I got the 10 ft. 10 gauge red and black wire. You only get 5 feet red and 5 feet black thought it was a good deal but turns out it's not.

Defective Juul
I took it out of the box and started charging it but the only thing that happens is it blinks once and stops does not charge. I’ve looked on forums how to fix it tried everything even bought a new charger and still only lights up once and stops. I tried redeem the warranty and it says the serial number has already been used previously.
