    Had an issue with item being damaged in transit. Reached out to seller and she was outstanding! Responded quickly. After she showed proof item wasn't previously damaged, seller offered a discount. Seller was considerate of my disappointment and I appreciated that. My only recommendation is that seller use a box instead of a polybag so items don't get damaged in transit especially with stainless steel. Damage was no fault of the seller so I gave her a positive review! Would buy again from seller.
