  Seller advertised item as NEW - Open Box. Item didn't work at all, had broken hardware inside. Seller did not ship all accessories shown in pictures. Seller offered full refund. I asked for a partial refund, ($17.50) plus missing accessory which would have been cheaper for seller. Seller refused. During negotiation seller became abusive and went on the offence calling me a "Scam Artist". Negative feedback is 50% for selling untested defective items and 50% for BAD ATTITUDE. Beware this seller!!

  Pkg arrived 23 May 2024. Box crushed on one side; items individually wrapped; no leaks/damage. Contacted seller prior to purchase re: color discrepancy of some perfumes in item description. Seller then sent original photo of perfumes w/red background. Sent seller photos of what was received plus photos of similar items from another online seller I expected these perfumes to look like. Seller agreed to refund shipping but as of 26 May 2024 has not done so.
