Sacred Art
Alex Grey's art helps remind me of the connection between us all, and of body, mind, and spirit. I've read some beautiful, spiritual books that have helped me grow, but Sacred Mirrors visualizes what those authors seem to be expressing to me.

Not vegetarian
I like Triphala, but was suprised to learn that the capsules are made with animal products (gelatin) since this is supposed to help with cleaning the body.
