    I was more than satisfied with the prompt delivery and excellent service rendered Unfortunately due to poor packaging in a flimsy padded envelope some damage was incurred due to rough handling by the couriers As a result one lid and two 650 ml food storage boxes were shattered and the envelope was partially torn open The couriers you chose are substandard and incompetent and you would be wise to employ better
