    Absolutely the most intelligent packaging I have ever seen. In addition, I forgot to ask the seller to remove the end caps and wrap them separately but he did so anyway. The reconditioning was what the seller represented and he worked with me to get insurance on an item that is simply very hard to find. Kudos!

I should of spent more money for this tool but made in the USA! The tool is satisfactory not sure how long it will last? It does not compare to The Stanley one I lost.
