    Thank you for your order. The item was dispatched on time, but unfortunately there was a delay within the courier's network that was beyond my control. Feedback was left before I had a chance to help, but I did follow up to resolve the issue and the item was eventually delivered. I always do my best to sort out any problems quickly, so please do get in touch before leaving feedback. The buyer mentioned they would revise their feedback, but sadly this hasn't happened :(
