Came in similar packaging so clearly brand new (rather than refurbished as claimed) but these are cheap copies being sold at a premium price. Better off buying something from a less popular brand from Amazon, where you have more rights. Requested a refund and was offered a replacement, asked for a refund again and the seller never replied. I would not recommend buying from this seller.... AVOID!!

The seller initially replied to me when I politely asked them to return my AirPods but has since gone silent, presumably they have kept the AirPods to sell on or keep for them self. Obviously it was my mistake to send them in the first place but the refusal to respond to my repeated requests to return my item seems really dishonest and shady.
