Animal Farm - A story of Greed
I love this film, like the book, it highlights everything wrong with socialism.
The book reminds me of the NuLabour Government that ruled the UK from 1997. In the beginning the promise of a new world, run by the people for the people, a better world for us all. It doesn't take long before those vested in looking after the people aren't content with their lot. Tearing up the rule book see's the cabinet beginning to feather their nests. The viewer can decide for themselves who's who, although as time goes by you will work out who plays Gordon Brown et al.
As all good stories have, a happy ending is on the cards and why not, the Animal Farm doesn't live up to the ideals it promises, thankfully the film does.
If you are a beginner to politics, watch this film, you will learn all you need to know about the left wing agenda. Enjoy.
