Mini 1 x 30 Belt Sander 3400 RPM without table. Working condition

Belt Sander not in very good working condition

Unite arrived in bad condition. There were plastic parts (broken) all over the bottom of the box. This appears to be from the motor shroud protecting the fan of the motor. See photos. If this item was appropriately protected, it should not have been broken like this. In addition, it appears it was not even wiped down. Dirt and sawdust was covered all over this piece. The electrical switch, which was never mentioned, only works intermittently. After several uses, it stopped working all together.
