Good Addition for Space
Well worth the price for the extra space in the shower.

Large Pill, but worth it
The softgel is fairly large, but it is easier to swallow than a tablet. Well worth the few extra pennies to have a supplement I can take daily. I didn't notice any difference from the name brand I changed from. I will purchase again.

Capsule are better ... loose powders end up on my counter every time I open the bag to use.
