  Item was NOT new as described, as parts were missing. Item delivered smashed. Only wrapped in bubble wrap. Seller extremely rude and refused to either refund or to collect broken scales. Had to ask eBay Customer Services to assist. I would NOT recommend this seller.

  Packaging item came in was virtually destroyed in transit, so I couldn't gift it, as intended. I even asked for it to be wrapped extra carefully on the order to avoid any unnecessary damage but only thin plastic bag used. I communicated with the seller a few times (with photos) before leaving this feedback, but had no reply at all. I was left so disappointed cos, although item was ok, I could not gift it to anyone without it being in its original box - as it would have so looked secondhand!! 👎
