  I ordered the try/install Ubuntu 23, becuz I simply wanted to try it, but the vendor mistakingly sent me Ubuntu 22 which I already had. When I contacted him, he told me how to tell it to update itself to the latest version, but unfortunately making changes to the program is not saved unless the OS is actually installed on the computer, which I didn t want to do. Regretfully I left negative comment instead of further explaining my problem or asking to return it for a replacement or refund. Sorry.

  Dishonest Feedback. Genuine mistake was made regarding the version but the buyer did not need to download a whole new version as he states here, there was the option to upgrade within the operating system which required nothing more than hitting the update button.

  I had to cancel as i accidentally used old address as delivery. Seller was very responsive and credit quick so in that sense was good. I think the seller also would have been technically supportive from his initial email. Time meant I had to take an alternative supply, but no fault but mine
