Over the years, we've to see too many retailers charging exorbitant prices for RV appliances and accessories. Launched in 2020, we looked to disrupt the industry through aggressive pricing.     Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong water heater and had to return it. We had realized our mistake before it arrived at our residence, so after arrival, we did not open it and began the return process as soon as we were able. We took it to UPS for return shipping. Both ebay and the seller (thervsurplus} were great to deal with and would recommend purchasing from them in the future. Great experience!
