    Even though I definitely selected mixed I received a preselected and left a message in checkout, I didn't receive what was ordered, seller expected me to post back at my expense, opened a return from advice from ebay, returned item then seller asked for a review on case!! Still got my refund as I clearly didn't receive what I ordered. This is a 100% true review from an ebayer with over 2600 transactions at 100% feedback.

    This unhappy and frustrated customer bought Pre-Selected option, which means NO CUSTOM Grits left in Message had been considered valid by our system. This had been explained many times to the customer, even screenshot of his order had been sent him to proof he pressed wrong button, but still he cannot accept it was his fault to press wrong button!!! This negative feedback is just confirming that some customers cannot simply accept mistakes made on their own and try to blame somebody else.
