    2 weeks after delivery date item still not arrived, messaged seller who constantly told me I had received it. Eventually I tracked it down via Royal Mail at the depot. Seller had not paid postage so item held by Royal Mail until I paid it. No offer from seller to reimburse. Item poor pribt quality with marks on it. ended up buying another from another supplier at half the price. Shocking communication and very poor customer service.

    Emailed seller proir to check if item is double side and they could do it 3x2 ft, they said yes. Purchased and emailed with size details and also said if the image is not good enough resolution, to let me know and I would get another sent over. Seller mention it would be blurry based on the image sent the flag the same day before I had chance to send another image. Flag arrived 5x3ft in size - INCORRECT SIZE and pixal icons all over. Seller will do nothing to correct. This was for a charity.
