Getting into sim racing? Buy this.

I tried to get into sim racing last year so picked up a s/h Fanatec CSR wheel and pedals. Frankly I never got on with it, It would squeak slightly and it was never fun to use. I sold it and decided to stay away from car games... ...until this year. I reinstalled Rfactor 1 and got bored of using my old Rumblepad. Out came the money and so I went for this. The pedals are basic. They do a job but they're not brilliant. The wheel on the other hand... I'm liking it a lot more than the Fanatec on the basis that it just feels better to use. I paid £105 for this. Very happy with it.

Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 am3+ motherboard and Noctua NM-U14S CPU fan

Solid board, good for overclocking.

I like Asus boards a lot, have used them for several builds and never had a problem.
