  Seller didn’t advise that they were going away so shipping date was completely misleading. I only found out after I’d placed the order and wondered where it was so I clicked on the seller link and there was a notice there. Don’t advertise shipping dates if you can’t fulfill them. 16 days since I placed my order . Cant get a refund as it has apparently “shipped” over a week ago but still hasn’t arrived .

  item shipped in time, our time away was over a easter weekend where myself and many other compaines do not work inc royal mail for good friday and easter monday as also states we do not work weekends no miss representation on delivery dates as these are set buy ebay once we add our dispatch time and delivery service used tracking was added for parcel at time of dispatch
