Brand New LEGO 42096 Technic Porsche 911 RSR

My largest Lego set yet!

I haven’t actually started to build it yet, but I’m really confused why the pieces aren’t in numbered bags like most if not all larger kits? The first step was to take over an hour to open ALL the bags and sort them into 10 plastic takeaway containers by type and colour. Having numbered bags and instruction stages would make this build much easier! After all, it is labeled as suitable for ages 10+ 🥴
