It was okay.
I liked the size, weight, feel and look... but it just didnt perform. The drag felt weird on it. Kinda jerky. And the brake didnt engage as smoothly as my other reels. I ended up selling it and getting another okuma komodo.

My second one
Bought this to replace my daiwa lexa. I already have one primarily for trolling for salmon in my kayak. Its always been such a better experience than with the lexas performance. Only slight con about it is that it is a little bit larger than the lexa. The lexa was sexy lookin and just the right size. But this komodo has all the good moves.
