  Item arrived broken but seller was quick to respond with a refund. Super heartbroken the item was damaged though. Wished it would have been packed better for shipping. USPS is not careful with fragile packages. I blame USPS more than the seller. Still sad though.

  Buyer sent me a hat that was listed as new and was the most used hat ever. It was sent in a taped up minute rice box so the used hat became smashed. It would have ruined a new hat. Seller was super quick to refund after a small discussion. A son was blamed, but I am Leary of that claim. Regardless, I was refunded and now I’ll just toss away this dirty hat. So a neutral encounter for sure.
