  I would leave 10 stars if I could! John went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I got what I ordered when the post office misplaced the package, at a personal cost to himself. He also gave me an option of what OS I wanted installed on the laptop, and included extra accessories. He stayed in constant communication with me and made me feel very secure in the transaction. One million percent recommend this seller, what a guy!

  Such a fantastic experience with this product and seller. One thing that I will say say to other buyers is don't necessarily trust the USPS tracking. I looked at it once nightbandvit showed that it was still awaiting the item. I looked again the next day and it was out for delivery. Fantastic surprise! I will definitely do business with this seller again.

  Ended up getting a full refund but not sure if it was from the seller or eBay money back guarantee. Seller contacted me a day after I purchased the item and said that his leg was broken and needed surgery and would not be able to ship for another three days. I said that was fine but to keep me updated on when shipping would occur. That was the last I heard from the seller even after sending five unanswered messages asking for a status update. Had to file an "item not received" case with eBay.
