  The battery pack was broken. It wasn’t stated in the description nor did any pictures show that side of the battery pack. The pack was never photographed from that side. Messaged the seller, we will see what happens. The packing was really good, box came in perfect shape. It wasn’t due to shipping, the piece wasn’t in the packing.
