Seller was very responsive to follow up. It finally arrived 4 days after the initial delivery attempt and 2 attempts to reschedule through the app and an online chat where they admitted there was no record of it in their system after the failed delivery attempt and would have to do a manual search for it. Seller was great and very responsive, it’s the delivery company who let them down.
