A very good value at very reasonable price
Given the high price of Nespresso pods, this is a very good alternative. Low price, good quality. We use Ristretto, which has a nice strong flavor.

Phone is very good; Net10 not so good.
2 of 2 found this helpful The phone itself is a very good value. Easy to use, though for some of the more advanced features you need the user manual which is available free online. Clear sound, great photos, many features. etc. No complaints there. My problem was with Net10. I transferred my old phone number and minutes, but then could not make or receive calls. Ended up spending about 6 hours+ on 3 separate occasions, including tech staff, supervisor and manager to get things working. Most of the tech staff is very difficult to understand - thick accent and most are radically incompetent. Ended up getting a new SIM card, which I probably did not need had they known what to do. Staff also not well informed, giving contradictory answers. Net10s internal system is not great and requires a lot of fiddling and duplication.
You can get the phone and be happy with it, but be prepared for some very frustrating interactions.
