Flimsy

Great looking record case. It’s light ( without the records in it ) But it is flimsy. The hinges are thin and detach and the locks aren’t robust. It could easily be broken open even when locked. Having said that, for £26 it’s a smart and neat way to look after your vinyl.

Winyl Vinyl Record Cleaner Spray

Very happy with this cleaning fluid.

This sorted out a crackly new record that had static and attracted dust which had ingrained in the grooves. No ordinary cleaning worked because the static covered it in dust immediately. It took several goes but it has restored an otherwise unplayable record. Top marks. Now back to listening to the very quiet Wintermusik by Nils Frahm.
