    It is true to say that Royal Mail let this seller down with non-delivery. I contacted the seller who was very pro-active in trying to sort the problem out. The seller re-sent the order with some frre extra product. I would use this seller again.

    Sadly, courier (Yodel) promised delivery for 2 days (didn't) and on the third, placed item behind wheelie bin, in the sight of homeless guys! Item nicked. Asked Seller for help, who said that he'd contact Yodel (IF he did, Yodel wouldn't have care a hoot). Upshot, Seller neither offered replacement (perhaps at a discount) nor reimbursement, which would have been a kind gesture! No reply to my last polite messages. Seller clearly couldn't care tuppence! Pity about the odd bad eBay apple.

    I ordered plain tablecloths for an event, but they arrived with visible lines across them, making them unusable. Delivery took a week, so event ruined. When I tried to return them, the seller was unhelpful and insisted the only way to get a refund was to close my claim. Very disappointing experience and feels like a scam.
